About The Position

In this role, you will help drive the operational excellence of the analytics function – partnering with stakeholders across the organization to improve how analytics work is prioritized, delivered, governed, and adopted. You will identify opportunities to enhance team effectiveness, streamline processes, improve documentation, and ensure analytics resources are aligned to the highest-impact business priorities.

Requirements

3+ years in a marketing analytics role with hands-on experience across web, mobile, advertising.
Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads and The Trade Desk.
Ability to translate marketing performance data into actionable business insights.
Advanced SQL capabilities and a solid understanding of relational databases, including joins, keys, granularity, and data transformations.
Experience leveraging data through BI and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and web tracking implementations is essential.
Ability to synthesize complex datasets and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong presentation and collaboration skills.
Deep understanding of Paid, Earned, and Owned marketing channels.
Ability to influence decisions, drive continuous improvement, and connect data insights to business outcomes.
