The position may require a degree, formal education, or relevant prior work experience. This level may include individuals in entry level roles, typically graduates. Extracts actionable insights from high volume, high dimensional data to investigate complex business and marketing problems and inform decision making. Applies a range of data preparation, analytical, modelling, and visualization techniques—including statistical analysis, predictive modelling, experimentation, pattern recognition, and AI/advanced analytics tools—to generate insights that improve business performance and outcomes. Analyzes business, customer, operational, and market data to identify trends, optimize effectiveness, and forecast future performance. Develops and maintains analytics outputs such as reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data platforms and tools (e.g., ERP/CRM systems, relational or NoSQL databases, business intelligence and analytics software), and may create custom scripts, models, or leverage AI enabled approaches to enhance analysis and insight generation. May contribute to advanced analytics initiatives such as marketing mix modelling, cross channel measurement, and strategic insight development to optimise investment decisions, media effectiveness, and marketing performance across channels and platforms.
