About The Position

The Technical BA will be responsible for the design, integration, and release of electrical/electronic components software and architecture requirements for heavy and medium-duty commercial truck vehicles. This role involves managing the integration and release of embedded electronics software to support vehicle hardware integration, completing engineering change notice documentation, and utilizing proprietary software for part bid requests. The Technical BA will need to understand electronics engineering requirements specifications and work within project management processes to maintain schedule, budget, scope, and functionality. Key responsibilities include planning and tracking verification and validation of components and integrated software solutions, supporting launches at truck assembly plants, and resolving field issues. The role requires collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, including product definition, software developers, suppliers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure quality delivery. Strong planning, budgeting, organizational, teamwork, mentoring, collaboration, and cross-functional communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Experience in design, integration, and release of electrical/electronic components software and architecture requirements for heavy and medium-duty commercial truck vehicles.
• Experience with integrate and release management of embedded electronics software.
• Experience completing engineering change notice documentation.
• Experience using proprietary software to issue part bid requests.
• Understanding of electronics engineering requirements specification.
• Experience working with project management processes to maintain schedule, budget, scope, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Complete engineering change notice documentation to manage old and new software and use proprietary software to issue part bid requests.
• Understand electronics engineering requirements specification and work with project management processes to maintain schedule, budget, scope, and functionality.
• Plan and track verification and validation of components and fully integrated software solutions.
• Support launch at truck assembly plants as needed and resolve field issues as identified.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with product definition, software developers, suppliers, mechanical engineers, manufacturing engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality delivery.
• Demonstrated planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork, mentoring, collaboration, and cross-functional communication skills.
