Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
5 years of dedicated architectural experience specifically focused on designing, scaling, and governing enterprise UiPath RPA environments.
Deep technical expertise in UiPath (Orchestrator, Studio, REFramework) and hands-on experience integrating APIs with automation workflows.
High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable job experience.

Nice To Haves

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and govern enterprise-wide UiPath architectural standards, development frameworks, and code review processes to ensure scalable, high-performing automations.
Lead the technical roadmap for transforming RPA solutions into advanced agentic AI workflows, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise security and cloud architectures.
Serve as the definitive technical authority on solution designs, resolving complex architectural challenges and eliminating technical debt across automation platforms.
Design robust API integrations and reusable component libraries to accelerate development timelines and improve cross-departmental workflow efficiency.
Mentor senior automation developers and external partners to build internal technical capabilities and promote consistent software development standards.
