The Technical Analyst III serves as a liaison between Wealth Management business stakeholders and Information Technology as part of the Wealth Management Data Integration team. In a consulting-style, project-oriented capacity, the role partners with business stakeholders, software developers, data specialists, vendors, and technology teams to understand business processes, document requirements, investigate problems, and facilitate technical and data solutions. The analyst performs analysis, design, planning, testing, implementation, and ongoing support for critical systems, software, procedures, and data-integration processes. The role manages initiatives with organizational impact in support of the company’s long-term technology and enterprise data strategy. It is primarily project-oriented rather than traditional production support: analysts often manage separate initiatives and individual portfolios, working independently while engaging new stakeholders and moving work forward with appropriate guidance. The analyst supports existing Microsoft SQL Server and legacy data environments while contributing to modernization efforts involving technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, and Fivetran. The position uses approved AI and automation tools to improve productivity and technical work, while applying judgment and validating generated output. It also supports job scheduling, technical documentation, integrations, testing, production readiness, disaster recovery, and enterprise resiliency. The team is a five-person group that values adaptability, curiosity, continuous learning, open communication, and trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
