About The Position

As a Technology Business Management Associate in Wealth Management Technology, you will help shape and execute strategic priorities across the platform as part of the broader Product, Experience and Technology team. You will gain exposure to Wealth Management technology investment processes and partner with leaders across Business, Finance, Product, Data, and Design. The work includes preparing executive-level materials, coordinating leadership communications, and managing initiatives that improve operations. The role calls for organizational talent, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, communications, operations, or strategic planning.
• Ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports for executive audiences under tight deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including design and layout best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a continuous focus on design and content excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams or stakeholders to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Comfort working with data to inform business decisions and support strategic analyses.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
• Background in or familiarity with Wealth Management products, services, or operations.
• Experience working within or alongside Technology organizations.
• Familiarity with technology investment processes, portfolio management, or business management functions.
• Experience preparing materials for senior or executive-level leadership in a large corporate environment.
• Proficiency in additional Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Exposure to data visualization tools or platforms that support reporting and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Technology Business Manager to conduct strategic analyses, prepare for key meetings, and coordinate platform priorities and daily activities.
• Prepare materials and content for business unit reviews, leadership updates, and other executive-level meetings.
• Coordinate internal communications, including offsites and weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership updates, by integrating input from multiple partners and function-aligned business managers.
• Respond to executive ad hoc requests involving project management, presentation development, and business analysis with quality and timeliness.
• Communicate portfolio progress clearly and consistently to business partners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and deliver workstreams and tasks from initiation through completion.
• Prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition events, and strategy working sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Data, and Design teams to align priorities and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve platform operational efficiency.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, visually compelling presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Support team coordination to maintain alignment across multiple lines of business and changing priorities.
