About The Position

HilltopSecurities is hiring five Wealth Management Analyst Trainees for a twelve-month development program designed for people beginning a long-term career as a Wealth Advisor. Associates join a centralized, licensed home office branch at the company’s Dallas headquarters and perform real client and advisor work from day one. The program prepares associates to become planning-led advisors and includes firm-sponsored Series 7 and Series 66 licensing, CFP® education, and a structured curriculum covering Technology Stack, Products, Sales Process, Practice Management, and Financial Planning. Specialists rotate through Advisory Services, Advisor Transitions, and the Home Office Branch to learn how the firm operates end to end. The role develops through three stages: providing client coverage and service, building a book of business using firm lead sources, and moving into advisor succession and teaming arrangements with established advisors. Associates do not work in an advisor capacity until securities licensing is complete, CFP® education is underway, and all five training areas have been completed and signed off. The SIE must be passed before the start date; Series 7 and Series 66 must be obtained within 120 days of hire; and CFP® certification must be pursued with continued progress required to remain in the program. The position is based on-site at the Dallas, Texas headquarters. Candidates located outside Texas must relocate to Dallas. The role requires the ability to work extended hours, including evening and off-hours shifts, to support client coverage.
