This role requires an understanding of managed services, IT cost models, client relationship management, and service performance tools. The position involves partnering with clients to develop technology roadmaps, collaborating with service teams and vendors to review performance, manage escalations, and identify risks. Additionally, the role supports service and solution sales by leveraging expertise in managed services, IT operations, reporting tools, and client technology needs. A key aspect of this role is participating in Netsurit's AI-led evolution (Innovate 2.0), where you will help clients adopt AI, automate workflows, improve efficiency, and unlock new value. You will gain exposure to leading AI platforms and work on real-world use cases, building your own AI agents and collaborating with AI specialists to apply AI in client environments.
