About The Position

Netsurit is seeking a proactive and client-focused Technical Account Manager / IT Client Success Manager to enhance client IT environments, improve service delivery, and maximize value from managed services and technology solutions. This role is suited for individuals with a strong understanding of managed services, IT cost structures, client relationship management, and the tools essential for service performance and reporting. The position involves partnering with clients to develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with their long-term business objectives. You will collaborate with service teams, vendors, and stakeholders to review performance, manage escalations, identify risks, and propose practical solutions. Additionally, you will support sales efforts by leveraging your expertise in managed services, IT operations, reporting tools, and client technology requirements. Netsurit is undergoing an AI-led evolution (Innovate 2.0), offering unique opportunities to help clients adopt AI, automate workflows, improve efficiency, and unlock new value. This role provides exposure to over 20 leading AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Nvidia AI, with opportunities to build AI agents, work on real-world use cases, and collaborate with AI specialists to apply AI in practical client environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience required
  • Experience using ConnectWise
  • Experience using Microsoft CSP
  • Experience using BrightGauge
  • Experience using N-able
  • Experience with Remote Monitoring
  • Experience with managed services and client IT environments
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to business stakeholders
  • Strong client relationship, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Help build technology roadmaps to improve client IT environments
  • Support service and solution sales using knowledge of managed services and IT cost models
  • Lead monthly client meetings to review service reports, IT projects, escalations, and improvement areas
  • Identify, track, and help mitigate service issues and operational risks
  • Communicate IT issues, business impacts, and remediation plans clearly to client stakeholders
  • Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships
  • Use Netsurit proprietary tools to deliver insights and support performance optimization
  • Implement IT policies, process improvements, and service enhancements within client environments
  • Analyze client needs and customize IT solutions using existing Netsurit tools and services
  • Adopt AI, automate workflows, improve efficiency, and unlock new value for clients
