This role is suited for individuals with a strong understanding of managed services, IT cost structures, client relationship management, and the tools essential for service performance and reporting. The position involves partnering with clients to develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with their long-term business objectives. You will collaborate with service teams, vendors, and stakeholders to review performance, manage escalations, identify risks, and propose practical solutions. Additionally, you will support sales efforts by leveraging your expertise in managed services, IT operations, reporting tools, and client technology requirements. Netsurit is undergoing an AI-led evolution (Innovate 2.0), offering unique opportunities to help clients adopt AI, automate workflows, improve efficiency, and unlock new value. This role provides exposure to over 20 leading AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Nvidia AI, with opportunities to build AI agents, work on real-world use cases, and collaborate with AI specialists to apply AI in practical client environments.
