Requirements

  • Strong technical troubleshooting, SQL-based data analysis, integration support, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration—combined with exceptional communication and prioritization skills.
  • 1–3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as technical support, application support, client support, implementations, or account coordination; experience working with data integrations, file transfers, and regulated or SaaS environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted partnerships with clients by serving as a go-to technical and operational resource, ensuring confidence, clarity, and consistency in every interaction.
  • Dive into data and systems using SQL and analytical skills to uncover insights, troubleshoot issues, and keep integrations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable integrations, resolve complex challenges, and continuously improve client experiences.
  • Support and enhance file-based and system integrations, including SFTP processes, batch jobs, and data exchanges that power our clients’ operations.
  • Contribute to meaningful projects and process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate service delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating issues into solutions and progress into results.
