About The Position

Prismatic is an integration platform that helps B2B software companies build integrations quickly and deliver them at scale. The Technical Account Manager owns the ongoing technical success of a named set of customers, understanding their products, business priorities, architectures, and how Prismatic supports them. The role helps new work achieve its goals and keeps existing integrations reliable as customer needs evolve. The Technical Account Manager builds relationships with engineering and product leaders as well as developers. From implementation through production adoption, new use cases, and technical challenges, the role turns customer priorities into clear plans, recommends technical paths, and remains accountable for progress. The role partners with an Account Manager, who owns the commercial relationship, to align technical priorities with customer business goals. This position calls for strong technical judgment and familiarity with integration architecture, APIs, and execution behavior. The Technical Account Manager investigates enough detail to frame problems and assess recommendations, coordinates specialists who can deliver the work, and provides technical investigation and practical guidance when needed. The position participates in the on-call rotation and is part of a fully remote U.S. team.
