This role operates within the Technical Solutions team, acting as a liaison between Customer Success, Development, and Product. The focus is on consulting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and customers regarding technical integrations, import configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. The Technical Solutions team also drives internal process improvements, documentation upkeep, and product feedback and enablement.
