About The Position

Frame Security is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support prospects and customers across Latin America. This customer-facing technical role spans the customer journey, from partnering with Sales on technical evaluations and Proofs of Value to troubleshooting issues and working with Customer Success to help enterprise customers realize value from Frame’s AI-native security training platform. The role requires strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in English and Spanish; a cybersecurity background is not required. The Technical Account Manager designs, configures, and supports customer Proof of Value environments, and helps customers navigate deployment requirements involving identity, SSO, email infrastructure, and allowlisting. The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and turns recurring customer challenges into reusable documentation, playbooks, and product insights. Success is measured by revenue closed, customer renewals and expansion, and achievement of company revenue and retention goals. The position is remote in the US. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a monthly connectivity reimbursement, unlimited paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Frame also describes competitive salary and meaningful equity.
