Samsung Device Solutions America is seeking a Technical Account Manager, DRAM Business Enablement. This role involves being a motivated self-starter to manage customer selection of Samsung for DRAM-based memory solutions across various applications. The focus is on successful engineering engagement to drive a lead supplier position for design-in and qualification, encompassing technical program management, customer relationship management, and engineering debugging in a collaborative setting. You will interact with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer objectives and foster deeper engagement and relationships. Experience in a related engineering role, such as an Application Engineer, or having been a customer with deep technical interactions with a supplier, or experience in chipset bring-up and debugging, technical problem-solving, system architecture, memory interface design and development, or platform validation are considered a plus.
