Tech Operations Program Manager

The Tech Business Operations Program Manager will play a crucial role in transforming the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie. They will be responsible for owning internal business processes, promoting operational efficiency, and implementing new processes to improve day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in an operational/administrative role, strong organizational and project management skills, and proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a startup-oriented environment with the backing of a large pharmaceutical company.

• Own internal business processes, including vendor onboarding, license procurement, access request audits, and expense management
• Maintain accurate and timely cross-org knowledge sharing in Confluence through regular audits and cleanup
• Own access management and approvals for internal tooling provisioning
• Build and run effective systems and tooling for our offboarding process
• Promote operational efficiency across the organization by reducing bureaucratic pain points
• Recommend and implement new processes for improving day-to-day business operations
• Maintain effective communication within operations and our cross-functional stakeholders
• Handle other business operations projects as needed

• 5+ years experience in an operational/administrative or similar role
• Proven organizational skills including time management
• Project management experience
• Change management skills across a variety of functions
• Attention to detail
• Experience managing processes for large scale, national companies
• Proficiency with Google Suite / Microsoft Office or ability to learn quickly
