Tech Operations IT Specialist - Remote - Hungary

The TechOps Specialist role involves providing support in maintaining data integrity, addressing technical challenges, and enhancing communication between technical and non-technical departments. The responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software issues, providing technical assistance, updating data, and generating reports. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive identification of discrepancies, and implementing measures to rectify inconsistencies. The TechOps Specialist will serve as the guardian of data accuracy and should have previous experience in technical support or software development roles. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems, along with strong organizational skills and fluent English proficiency, is required. The role also includes serving as the primary point of contact for executing change requests and providing administrative support. • Preserve the accuracy and reliability of data by paying meticulous attention to detail and proactively identifying discrepancies
• Implement measures to rectify any inconsistencies that arise in the data
• Diagnose and resolve software issues
• Provide technical assistance across all departments
• Update data and tackle minor coding tasks
• Extract precise information for generating reports
• Investigate and propose solutions for software-related concerns
• Identify and address technical issues through diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Create accurate and timely reports
• Communicate discovered bugs and errors to development teams
• Demonstrate self-initiation and adeptly reorganize tasks to address high-priority issues
• Document technical knowledge in the form of comprehensive notes and manuals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executing change requests, triaging bugs, and providing consistent administrative support for Kustomer, our guest-facing CRM system
• Maintain availability for on-call shifts on weekends and/or holidays

• Proven professional experience in a Technical Support Role or as a Software Developer for a minimum of 1 year
• Fundamental knowledge of AWS, HTML/CSS, Javascript, MongoDB/SQL, and Github
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems
• Strong grasp of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technological products
• Capability to provide clear, step-by-step technical assistance, both in written and verbal forms
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
• Fluent English proficiency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executing change requests, triaging bugs, and providing consistent administrative support for Kustomer, our guest-facing CRM system
• Maintain availability for on-call shifts on weekends and/or holidays
