About The Position
The Tech Lead will be responsible for acting strategically and collaboratively, focusing on innovation and modernization of the acquisition journey. We are looking for a professional who actively contributes to technical and architectural decisions, accelerating the evolution of the solution.
Requirements
- Solid experience in backend and frontend programming languages.
- Software architecture and systems engineering.
- Data and integration of different sources.
- DevOps and modern automation practices.
- Infrastructure in complex environments.
- Experience in multidisciplinary squads, with direct contact with legacy systems and new technologies.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as Tech Lead in insurance projects.
- Experience in complex and high-scalability environments.
- Innovative and collaborative profile, with strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- Actively and strategically participate in technical decisions.
- Question and propose improvements in architecture and development practices.
- Seek market references and state-of-the-art in software engineering.
- Interact with other Tech Leads for joint architecture evolution.
- Think about scalability and platformization of the solution.
- Support the separation of business rules from the front-end layer.
- Contribute to a modern and integrated end-to-end journey.
- Act with a broad vision from front-end to back-end.
