Responsibilities

• Performs work associated with work orders, work independently or under the direction of others, have general knowledge of and the ability to learn how to read / interpret blue prints and schematics, inspects work and keeps all necessary records to ensure quality HVAC work.
• Performs preventative maintenance of equipment of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units for the Board of Education.
• Maintains and orders supplies as needed to ensure necessary supplies are consistently available for routine operation.
• Establishes and maintains working relationships with others; organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Must complete MNPS HVAC training program to include EPA Certification within the appropriate time frame.
• Willingness to learn and work on all types of HVAC Equipment
