About The Position

Perform phlebotomy on in-office patients. Register patients, order tests, perform medical necessity, and process specimens. Provide customer service by initiating and responding to provider and patient inquiries via phone, fax, or printer regarding test status, results, or specimen requirements. The position is located at the Waldwick Center and works an evening shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
Excellent phlebotomy skills.
Ability to set priorities, multitask, and be detail oriented.
Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with patients, staff, and physician offices.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good typing skills.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience preferred.
ASCP certification preferred.
