About The Position
The Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty delivers a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while supporting athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services. The role helps create a positive final impression that encourages athletes to return and contributes to a welcoming, service-oriented store team. The position also supports the broader store team, maintains company merchandising and presentation standards, promotes company programs, and follows safety, loss prevention, and operational policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including those of the Federal ATF.
- Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
