Teammate Endzone & Loyalty (Front End)
About The Position
As a Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while supporting athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services. You help create a positive final impression that encourages athletes to return. The role is part of a store team focused on connection, service, and working together to deliver exceptional experiences to athletes of all abilities. The position also supports store presentation and merchandising standards, promotes company programs, and helps maintain an inclusive, safe environment. Teammates are expected to support the wider store team and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including those of the Federal ATF.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
