About The Position
The Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty helps deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while supporting athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services. The role helps create a positive final impression for athletes and contributes to an inclusive, welcoming store environment. Teammates may support work across the store as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Follow established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards to uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including the Federal ATF.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
