About The Position
The Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty helps deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while supporting athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services. The role creates a positive final impression for athletes and contributes to an inclusive, welcoming store environment. Teammates support shoppers with helpful product knowledge and customer service, promote company programs, maintain merchandising standards, and assist across the store as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Follow established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF guidelines.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
