About The Position
At DICK’S Sporting Goods, the Teammate Endzone & Loyalty role supports a welcoming store experience and helps athletes enjoy a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout. The position also supports athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services, helping create a positive final impression. Teammates are expected to be coachable, accountable, collaborative, and trustworthy, and to contribute to an inclusive environment where athletes of all abilities feel welcome and supported.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Follow policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
