About The Position
The Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty delivers a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while supporting athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services. The role helps create a positive final impression and contributes to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Teammates support customers with product knowledge and service, promote company programs, uphold store standards, and assist across the store as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF guidelines.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
