About The Position

The Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty delivers a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while supporting athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services. The role helps create a positive final impression for athletes and contributes to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Teammates are expected to support the team across the store as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, along with applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
