About The Position

As a Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while supporting athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services. You help create a positive final impression that encourages athletes to return. The position also supports the wider store team and contributes to an inclusive environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF guidelines.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
