About The Position
The Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty supports a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while engaging athletes in loyalty programs and services. The role helps create a positive final impression and contributes to an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected. Teammates are expected to be coachable, accountable, collaborative, and trustworthy, and to help across the store as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF guidelines.
- Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
