This role involves taking ownership of the end-to-end operational excellence of the People Operations & People Support function. The Teamlead will lead and develop the People Operations & People Support team, ensuring clarity, structure, and accountability. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth and reliable employee lifecycle processes (from contracts to onboarding and HRIS), designing and continuously improving scalable People Operations & People Support processes, standard operating procedures, and tools. The role also involves translating People & Culture strategy and policies into efficient operational workflows and acting as a trusted operational counterpart within People & Culture to enable the function to scale.
