About The Position

In our Commercial department for Allergan Aesthetics, you will work in a team of talented employees and experienced experts to improve the lives of patients. Allergan Aesthetics aims to strengthen the trust of consumers and customers and to develop products and technologies. Together, we will achieve great things as an Inside Sales Specialist/Virtual Product Specialist in the Aesthetics field.

Requirements

  • Completed training that qualifies for the activity as a medical device consultant.
  • Successfully completed commercial or scientific training, pharmaceutical representative training, or required expertise according to § 75 Arzneimittelgesetz.
  • Basic GxP knowledge.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably at least one year of telephone service.
  • Willingness to train in telephone sales.
  • High affinity for the aesthetics industry.
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
  • High degree of customer centricity to achieve a high level of customer/patient satisfaction.
  • High persuasive power, as well as presentation and closing strong personality with strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • A high degree of agility and the will to continuously adapt to changing market conditions and to align one's own working methods innovatively and proactively.
  • Strong digital competence and proficient use of digital solutions (Veeva CRM and CLM, XPM, WebEx etc.) as well as MS Office user skills.
  • Willingness for continuous development.
  • Ability to present complex scientific contexts in a target-group-oriented manner and to discuss them with different customer groups.
  • High level of motivation and energy to pursue and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Presentation and marketing of our aesthetic products (medical devices) by phone to specialists.
  • Communication with our customers via various channels such as telephone, email, and virtual conference tools to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Fulfillment or over-fulfillment of sales targets for the assigned Inside Sales (Remote) territory.
  • Increase market share in the assigned territory.
  • Persuade customers to switch from competitor products, identify and win new customers, and expand existing customers, win back lost customers.
  • Qualify and generate leads.
  • Realize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact with potential customers to closing and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Planning and execution of remote customer appointments, as well as careful follow-up; as well as providing technical information, presentation, and marketing of the corresponding products to practicing physicians and specialists in clinics.
  • Planning and execution of outbound calls, as well as handling inbound calls.
  • Qualify leads and continuously profile and assess customer potential.
  • Sales-maximized annual planning for the corresponding remote territory with a focus on strategic territory management.
  • Analysis of the market regarding the development of sales of one's own product as well as that of the competition, identification of potentials and critical developments.
  • Effective and targeted use of marketing materials to convincingly convey core messages and product differentiation of our brands compared to competitors.
  • Focused implementation of product statements and alignment of one's own activities with marketing plans and sales cycles, including strategic orientation and tactics (implementation of the brand strategy).
  • Professional reporting: timely and proper completion of all administrative tasks and fulfillment of KPIs.
  • Competent customer management & proactive and continuous commitment to customer needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, professional handling of customer concerns and inquiries, and identification of solution strategies, as well as prompt follow-up with customers on agreed activities and active follow-up.
  • Presence at regional events as needed.
  • Continuous development of one's own knowledge of product knowledge and application areas.
  • Ensure knowledge of competitor products, prices & activities, as well as strategies and product statements.
  • Collection of market information and customer insights; determination of customer position in the sales cycle and complete reporting of all market-relevant events.
