About The Position

Easterseals MORC is hiring a Team Support Specialist for Waiver Support. The role helps individuals served by engaging with them in a welcoming, hopeful, and empathetic manner, and by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests through telephone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.

The position supports waiver plan and enrollment administration. It reviews weekly reports, maintains WSA and ISPA tracking spreadsheets, ensures required plans and documents are uploaded and correct, and coordinates follow-up with case managers or supervisors. It also completes disenrollments and enrollments in WSA and ISPA, including alignment in IRIS when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a clerical role; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage consumers in a welcoming, hopeful, and empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery.
• Address individuals’ inquiries, resolve issues, and fulfill requests by telephone, email, live chat, and in person.
• Review weekly reports to ensure plans are uploaded into the WSA System and that ISPA plans are uploaded.
• Review weekly reports for discharges and disenrollments.
• Complete disenrollments in WSA and ISPA within seven calendar days of discharge, including ending alignment in IRIS.
• Complete enrollments for individuals who reopen within 90 days by reviewing reports, entering information into WSA and ISPA, and aligning in IRIS.
• Maintain WSA and ISPA tracking upload spreadsheets, make changes, and follow up with case managers or supervisors by phone to ensure documents are correct before uploading.
