About The Position

The Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash provides customer service and supports sales by engaging potential customers, promoting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. The role includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers, and ensuring satisfaction before and after washes. Team Members also conduct quality control checks, follow safety procedures, respond calmly to customer escalations, operate basic retail equipment, and learn the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment in high school.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and create positive first impressions that exceed expectations.
Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
Conduct accurate quality control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Promote memberships to new customers and present monthly unlimited car wash packages.
Upsell products to existing customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
