About The Position

Clean Express Auto Wash, part of Express Wash Concepts, is hiring a Team Member to provide customer service and support sales efforts at its car wash location. The role includes engaging customers, explaining the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, presenting monthly unlimited wash packages, and upselling products. Team Members learn the wash process and equipment and may have opportunities to advance into leadership roles. The position involves working throughout the site in a fast-paced environment, including outdoors in all weather conditions. Team Members are expected to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures, use basic retail equipment, and help ensure customer satisfaction and wash quality.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
Professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and create positive first impressions that exceed their expectations.
Engage with customers before and after the wash to ensure satisfaction.
Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, such as computers and point-of-sale systems.
Promote membership packages to new customers and upsell products to existing customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
