Team Member - Clean Express Auto Wash
About The Position
The Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash provides customer service and supports sales by engaging customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. The role includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers, assisting them before and after their wash, and addressing escalations calmly. Team Members also perform quality control checks, follow safety protocols and standard procedures, operate basic retail equipment, and learn the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned. The position offers a starting rate of $15.00 per hour and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

- Greet customers and create positive first impressions that exceed expectations.
- Engage with customers before and after their wash to support customer satisfaction.
- Conduct accurate quality control checks.
- Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
