About The Position

Capstone Restaurant Group is an independently owned and operated franchisee in the Hardee’s Restaurant System. The Team Member provides guests with a positive hospitality experience by greeting and serving them, preparing quality food products according to standards, and maintaining a clean, pleasant, and safe restaurant for guests and team members. The role involves performing specific restaurant tasks and duties as assigned. Capstone provides training and opportunities for skill development and advancement.
