About The Position
At Capstone Restaurant Group, a franchisee in the Hardee’s Restaurant System, the Team Member performs assigned tasks and duties within the restaurant. The role provides guests with a positive hospitality experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and helps keep the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for guests and team members. Team Members may greet and serve guests or prepare food. The company provides training and opportunities to develop skills and pursue promotions.
