About The Position
The Team Member performs assigned tasks and duties within a Hardee’s restaurant. The role provides guests with a positive hospitality experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and helps keep the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for guests and team members. Team Members may greet and serve guests or prepare food products. Capstone Restaurant Group provides training and tools for success, along with opportunities to develop skills and pursue advancement. The company seeks people who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and value hospitality, integrity, and teamwork.
Requirements
