About The Position

The Team Member is responsible for performing assigned tasks and duties within the restaurant. The role provides guests with a positive hospitality experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and helps keep the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for guests and team members. Team Members may greet and serve guests or prepare food. Capstone Restaurant Group provides tools and training to support success on the job and development toward promotion opportunities.
