About The Position

Charleys is hiring an upbeat, hardworking Team Member to provide exceptional customer service and support consistent restaurant operations. Team Members work across basic stations as needed, including cashier, prep, grill, and topping, with assignments depending on store volume. The role requires working effectively and safely in a fast-paced, changing, team-oriented environment with minimal direct supervision, while meeting operational standards for food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Act in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner toward customers and coworkers.
• Perform duties at basic stations such as cashier, prep, grill, and topping as needed based on store volume.
• Ensure menu items meet operational standards for preparation, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste, and service.
• Work effectively and safely in an environment with constant change and minimal direct supervision.
• Clean according to company sanitary standards.
• Frequently wash and sanitize food areas, food preparation tools, and hands.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
