About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, serving customers and helping maintain store standards. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. You will work in different areas inside and outside the store, interact with customers, and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers paid comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer care.

- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
- Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.
