About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for Store 2740937 in Houston, Texas. The role is suited to someone who wants a challenging position in a fast-paced environment and an opportunity to grow their career. You will serve customers and work with an energetic team while completing varied tasks throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. Shift availability is flexible across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive approach.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to help maintain standards for store appearance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
