About The Position
As a member of Qdoba’s Franchise team, the Team Member helps make the restaurant the first choice for Guests by providing excellent service and fast, bold food. The role involves working across multiple positions, supporting kitchen and dining-area operations, handling customer orders and cash transactions, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and Guests. Duties may vary based on the establishment’s needs. The job is available full-time or part-time and pays from $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Basic math skills for cash transactions and making change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours.
- High energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment; preferred but not required.
- Guest service or food preparation experience.
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management.
- High school diploma or GED; preferred.
- Food Safety Certification; preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
- Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
- Identify and respond to Guests’ needs.
- Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
- Follow policies and procedures to support Guest and employee satisfaction.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and Guests.
- Assist with kitchen tasks, including food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
- Bus tables and ensure they are clean and ready for the next customer.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow safety and health regulations.
