About The Position

The Team Member focuses on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service, preparing efficient, consistent, high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean store environment. The role starts at 10–15 hours per week, with additional hours potentially available based on performance. The position pays $13.00 per hour and is onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is non-exempt.

Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 pounds.
Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Ability to collaborate with coworkers to meet store needs and goals.
Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
Proficiency in basic math skills.
Flexibility to perform different tasks within the store during each shift.
Ability to learn quickly, follow oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisors and management.
Ability to interact productively with coworkers.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers effectively and empathetically, using clear communication to understand their needs.
Accurately process cash and card transactions.
Prepare high-quality products consistently according to company recipes and customer needs.
Adapt to and follow instructions.
Follow safety policies and procedures, including security and equipment handling, and use first-in, first-out practices.
Report at the prescribed time for scheduled shifts and fulfill job requirements for the duration of each shift.
Communicate effectively and proactively with management and team members.
Perform work-related tasks assigned by a supervisor.
