About The Position
7 Leaves Café is a community-oriented café chain founded in 2011, with more than 40 locations across the Southwestern United States. The Team Member focuses on the customer experience by delivering extraordinary customer service, preparing consistent, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment. The position starts at 10–15 hours per week, with the possibility of earning additional hours based on performance. The role is paid at $13.00 per hour and is non-exempt. Requirements
- Availability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Ability to regularly lift at least 45 pounds.
- Ability to collaborate with others to meet store needs and goals.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
- Proficiency in basic math skills.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks within the store during each shift.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisors and management.
- Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers effectively and empathetically, using clear communication to understand their needs.
- Accurately process cash and card transactions.
- Prepare high-quality products consistently according to company recipes and customers’ needs.
- Follow instructions and adapt as needed, using adequate comprehension skills.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including security and equipment handling, and follow first-in, first-out practices.
- Report at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfill job requirements for the duration of the shift.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with management and team members.
- Perform work-related tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
