About The Position

The Team Member works opening and early-morning shifts, helping customers start their day with a welcoming experience, great coffee, and a positive attitude. The role supports daily store operations by helping prepare the store, accurately making drinks and food items, and working collaboratively with the team. The position is with a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin' locations in the seacoast area of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin' business since 1979.
