About The Position

As a Dunkin' franchisee Team Member, you help keep the store running smoothly by delivering friendly, fast service and consistent product quality in a clean, high-energy setting. You work with the team to meet guests' needs and give them a reason to return. The role includes preparing food and beverages to operational and quality standards, providing excellent guest satisfaction and service speed, and following safety and sanitation expectations.

This is a variable-hour position. The franchisee is locally owned and operated and has worked in the Western Massachusetts area for more than 30 years. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy, with daily interaction with loyal customers. Applicants work for the franchisee, which is the employer if hired; franchisees set their own wage and benefit programs, which may vary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality.
• Meet safety and sanitation standards.

• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant is preferred.
