About The Position

The Team Member helps create memorable guest experiences by providing excellent service and contributing to a welcoming, clean restaurant. The role prioritizes guests and the restaurant, supports fellow team members, and upholds the brand’s culture through integrity, compassion, care, and accountability. Team Members greet guests, take food orders, handle cash and credit transactions, maintain knowledge of the brand and menu, monitor food quality and temperatures, and help ensure service is timely.

Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
