About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming, positive experience for bakery guests. Team Members serve as brand ambassadors, provide excellent guest service, help ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers the opportunity to develop and grow within the company; some General Managers began as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

The bakery emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 p.m. Team Members will not work past 3 p.m. Schedules may include varied days and hours, early starts as early as 3 a.m. depending on the restaurant, and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
