About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. The role involves working throughout the store, both indoors and outdoors, to maintain store appearance standards and provide fast, friendly customer service. Representatives interact with customers daily and work with an energetic team to complete store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in friendly conversations.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while remaining engaged.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
