About The Position

The Team Member role at Whistle Express is a hands-on, fast-moving position working on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. Team Members guide guests through the wash experience, help keep the site operating efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The work is physical and active, with visible results each shift. No experience is required; a structured 60-day certification program provides training.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Support sales and membership growth by following established processes and providing knowledgeable guidance.
Assist with member sign-ups, account changes, and account management, including cancellations and plan changes.
Follow company pricing and discount policies.
Follow safety procedures and keep the wash area clean and organized.
Assist with preparing vehicles, including identifying preexisting conditions.
Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate operational issues to team members and management.
Engage professionally with customers and encourage Google reviews.
Support a positive overall member and customer experience.
Stock and organize detail centers and maintain inventory accuracy.
Empty trash cans and keep work areas clean.
Check vacuum stations for clogs and empty canisters.
Perform general site upkeep, including picking up trash, removing weeds, and other maintenance tasks.
Maintain professional conduct and comply with uniform standards.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Clean and maintain the tunnel for safety and operational efficiency.
Prepare towels and other materials needed for daily operations.
